(Wright) Brown began to question why would someone would take the time to plot and plan an evil act against any one especially innocent children as in this case. It grieved Annie until the thought of it made her sick. She asked God “how and why did it happen?” Thereafter, she was given a revelation of a vehicle and cargo security inspection system.

For the next 6 years the Wright Sisters talked about the invention that was given to them with enthusiasm. However, two weeks before the 911 terrorist act, Annie was given clear instructions to proceed and called Betty and told her what she was instructed to do.
